Meals from the Heart volunteers prepare nutritious and balanced meals, taking care of food preparations and easing guest families' financial stress so they can focus on their children. Gather a group of friends, family members, work colleagues, etc., and join us in the RMH Windsor kitchen for a meal or baking activity.

Fresh home-cooked meals and treats provided through the generosity of our volunteers and community, and the opportunity for families to share them together, are among the most valuable benefits offered to guest families. The safety and well-being of our House guests are our highest priority, therefor we do limit the size of volunteer groups.

CAN’T FIND TIME TO VOLUNTEER?
That's OK, Adopt a Meal instead! This is when you sponsor a dinner night by purchasing a meal from local Windsor restaurants or a commercial kitchen.
